Education:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (B.E/B.Tech, B.B.A /M.B.A) or equivalent experience.

Bangalore
Duties and Responsibilities -
Market Analysis & Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers within the Architecture, MEP Engineering, and Contractor segments to contribute towards the pipeline of qualified leads.
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations and case studies tailored to each target customer segment, showcasing relevant services and solutions.
Sales Support & Strategy:
- Collaborate in the preparation of qualified leads forecasts and help achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified leads goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to help refine sales strategies that effectively address the needs of each customer type within the AEC industry.
Team Collaboration & Support:
- Coordinate with Technical Project Managers and the marketing team to prepare collaterals and case studies that enhance the company's brand perception in the AEC market.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, including working on bids and proposals for new projects.

Technical:
- Understanding of the role of various CAD and BIM technologies (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360) for providing engineering and design support.
- Understanding of the US AEC market ecosystem, including the roles of Architects, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineering Firms, and Contractors.
Domain:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in the AEC industry, with a focus on the US market.
- Knowledge of the roles and services related to Architects, MEP engineering firms, and Contractors.
- Experience in lead generation and sales within the AEC sector is highly desirable.
