    Description
    Responsibilities:
    • Actas a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensureprojectsuccess.
    • FacilitateJoint Application Development sessions (JAD) with Business Usersand Stakeholders to gather requirementseffectively.
    • Coordinatewith agile coaches and product owners to push for product/sprintbacklog and ensure alignment with businessobjectives.
    • Managedocumentation reporting and stakeholder communication to keep allparties informed of projectprogress.
    • Lead sprintplanning scrum meetings and retrospectives to drive continuousimprovement in product developmentprocesses.
    • Oversee thecreation of user stories sprint planning backlog management andsprint demosessions.
    • Forecastbudget and invoice for project resources ensuring optimalutilization.
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to identify and implement new businessand IT processes that align with theSDLC.
    • Monitor projectprogress remove urgencies and ensure strategic alignment ofinformation resources with businesspriorities.
    • Drivequality assurance procedures risk management and change managementinitiatives.
    • Conductdata migration and transfer between different systems anddatabases.
    • Managedeliverables UATs and golives ensuring successful projectoutcomes.
    • Monitor IoTmachines networking activities and resource utilization to optimizeprojectperformance.
    • Provideleadership and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborativeand resultsoriented workenvironment.
    RequiredSkills:
    • 4years of experience in project management solution analysisbusiness analysis andmanagement.
    • Strongknowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testingmethodologies.
    • Experienceworking on SaaSbased projects and managing large crossfunctionalteams.
    • Proficiency inAgile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRAConfluence GitHub Jenkins andServiceNow.
    • Excellentcommunication stakeholder management and leadershipskills.
    • Proven abilityto articulate a vision execute business strategies and address bothbusiness and technical challengeseffectively.
    • Analyticalmindset with the ability to collect analyze and evaluateinformation systemsissues.
    • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in projectmanagement or agile methodologies are aplus.
