Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate technical assessments and skill tests as necessary.
Client Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Provide market insights and guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
Assist in the negotiation of compensation packages and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Generate reports and analytics to track recruitment progress and identify areas for improvement.

From ₹200,000.00 per year
