We're looking for a Telecaller who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Telecaller Duties:
- Identify, qualify, and refer potential clients to appropriate sales representatives for sales opportunities or to appropriate departments for information about products or services
- Input customer information into computer and verbally relay information to sales representatives regarding customer sales opportunities
- Record customer contacts, sales information, and other information about products and services
- Communicate with sales representatives regarding customer calls
Telecaller Responsibilities:
- Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM
- Make outbound calls to prospects and clients
- Assist with sales activities, documenting leads, and managing databases
- Gather and document sales data, such as meetings and appointments, in CRM, including details of visitors and customers
- Prepare and execute proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Analyze, report, and communicate sales trends, customer patterns, and competitor activity
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong business telephone and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills to meet incoming call volume
- Proven ability to meet and exceed client/customer expectations

From ₹10,000.00 per month
