Location : SantaCruz East Mumbai

Job Specifications:


The incumbant must be a Graduate with 1+ years experience in Customer service or Operations role and should have excellent articulation skills.

Experience from an Edtech Background will be preferred.

The role holder will be responsible for communicating with the HNI, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth franchisee Operations.

He/She would be required to be able to work on MIS, database management, report generation ,complaint resolution and ensure customer delight.
