Role - Senior customer support executive

Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore

Mandatory Languages - English, Malayalam, Hindi

Work experience - Minimum 2-3 years

In your capacity as Lead - Customer Success, you will play an essential role in helping us achieve our

mission of making the healthcare experience more convenient and consumer-centric.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Resolve and manage customer escalations in order to provide optimum experience
  • Reduce Overall queries coming in by working with the right team to resolve the root cause
  • Ensuring Query to resolution time is minimum providing an unparalleled experience
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building with multiple folks within and outside the
organization

  • Work with the manager to keep iterating and modifying process where needed
  • Analyse and report the trends, insights and work with the team to problem solve the same
  • Team management, leave and shift management
  • Quality checks on the process and performance of the team members
  • Step in and own up areas of problems with a customer first mindset.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
