Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with IT terminology, roles, and skill sets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
