We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Media Executive with a background in Journalism and Communication to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and develop our brand through various digital media channels, with a focus on brand building and engagement.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of digital media efforts with overall brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital media, recommending innovative approaches to enhance brand presence.
  • Manage social media accounts and communities, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience and customers.
  • Utilize SEO strategies to improve our brand's online visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as agencies, influencers, and media outlets to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of digital media content.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or any graduate with relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in digital media management, preferably in a brandfocused role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to various digital platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines is a plus.
  • A passion for branding, storytelling, and engaging with audiences through digital channels.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
