JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Support Administrator.

This role will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative service team working collaboratively with the UK Business Support Administration team and reporting into the iCRC UK Business Administration Support Manager.

An excellent working knowledge in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint as well as a good working knowledge of the wider Microsoft package and Adobe InDesign knowledge would be an advantage but not an essential.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role is responsible for supporting the Business Support team in completing administrative and document formatting and creative tasks.

This will include but not be limited to:

  • Producing and formatting documents. This may include reports, specifications, CV's, project datasheets, presentations, organograms and letterheads aimed at a range of different internal and external audiences. Ensuring consistent use of corporate branding is used.
  • Assisting in collation of company information including CV's, insurance certificates for the preparation of bid documents and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ's).
  • Ordering Business Cards, WSP Merchandise and PPE.
  • Assist in the recall of archive documents.
  • Setting up new suppliers / client IDs.
  • Supplier evaluation forms (WSP as supplier).
  • Assists the Business Support team in ensuring all standards are met and procedures are followed, working in line with UK business.
  • Assist with international travel bookings.
  • Collaborate and communicate openly with team members in both iCRC and UK teams.
  • To provide support for other ad/hoc duties within the team as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A university degree / Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience in delivering a highquality business administration service in demanding and pressurized environments. Previous experience in similar roles or PowerPoint Specialist / Graphic Designer considered.
  • A desire to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional Services / Consultancy / Engineering background is desired.
  • Fully conversant in the complete Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Use of Microsoft Teams, One Note, One Drive is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at all times (essential).
  • Builds effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate discretion at all time, handling information in a confidential manner.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines, of which may change at last minute.
  • Communicates openly, keeping people informed and proactively sharing knowledge.
  • The ability and willingness to provide support and collaborate with other Administrative and support staff during times of heavy workload and absences.
  • Behaves in a way that is consistent with WSP's values with fairness, honesty and integrity.
  • Possesses a professional and confident manner.
  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic is key.
