Should have good knowledge on ServiceNow ATF Config.

  • Drive requirements clarification for the current upcoming sprint Testing Capacity management Test Case Design Test Case Execution By Owning few In Sprint User Stories Test Case Design Review Creating Test Plan in JIRA for each sprint Monthly Patching Upgrade Testing
  • Creating Test Plan for monthly patch testing and have the team to execute Monthly basis Creating Test Plan for the ServiceNow version upgrades On Need basis Creating Test Plan for Disaster Recovery testing Yearly once Automation
  • Should have good experience in Servicenow ATF based test case creation
  • Test Automation Scheduling ATF test cases execution for Monthly patching, upgrade etc. on need basis Recommend ATF applicability based on scenarios
  • Any prior experience automation tool like selenium will be added advantage
  • Reporting: Weekly Status Reporting Overall Team Status on Mon-WedFri for ATF activities to relevant stake holders
