Must Have Skills:

• Ensure that all Supplier queries and issues are logged and escalated as appropriate
• Negotiates with supplier for competitive pricing, contract terms
• Perform bidding processes in the area of indirect materials and services
• Conduct market research activities (including RFI), issue Requests for Proposals (RFP), analyse received proposals

and make recommendations for supplier selection and prepare relevant contracts

• Performing advanced expenditure analyses for key stakeholders
• Coordinating the process of renewal or termination of agreements with suppliers
• Proceeding with the process of annual priceupdate initiatives with suppliers
• Contribute to the definition, formulation and implementation of sourcing strategies based on business

requirements and supply market trends

• Build industry knowhow, coordinating, analysing and interpreting information about supply markets, suppliers and

products/services to select best available solutions compliant with PMI Principles & Practices

• Conduct all request for processes to screen, evaluate and select suppliers
• Develop effective working relationships with Suppliers and Partners, which will include the development of

Procurement contracting framework, pricing policy, terms and conditions and negotiating strategy

• Prepares and processes expense reports for the EVP, and audit/ approve direct reports' expenses to ensure

submissions are timely and within company policy

• Collaborates effectively with crossfunctional (division and corporate) assistants and participates as an active

member of the Administrative Team
