Job Overview:

DNEG India is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter for Expat Hiring to lead our global search for top VFX talent to be placed in India or work on remote contracts.

As the Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring VFX professionals from around the world.

You will work closely with our hiring managers and HR team to ensure the recruitment process is seamless, efficient, and meets the company's objectives.

This role requires extensive experience in recruiting international talent for India and an understanding of various cultures and ethnicities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract, engage and hire top VFX talent from around the world for DNEG India or remote contracts.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide consultative advice on the recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, and other talent sources.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends, salary benchmarking and market changes to ensure the competitiveness of our hiring packages and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical recruiting practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting expats for India. Experience in hiring media/ VFX professionals would be of a great advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages would be a bonus.
  • Understanding of cultural differences and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
