Key Responsibilities:

Prospect for New Clients:
Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.

Develop a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals.


Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Understand customer needs and provide solutions based on the company's offerings.

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.


Product Knowledge and Presentation:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products or services.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Provide accurate information to customers regarding features, benefits, and pricing.


Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.

Create and maintain a sales plan, including sales forecasting and territory planning.


Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and deals.

Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.


Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Provide feedback to the marketing team on market intelligence for product development and positioning.


Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and a unified approach to customer engagement.


Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven track record of successful field sales experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory.

Possession of a valid driver's license.


Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
