Relevant Previous Experience:

1. 1-3 Years of experience, with at least 1 Years in Digital Marketing Specialist;

Experience in Digital Media is required;

Area of Responsibilities:

Designs, builds, and maintains our LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook social media presence.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Collaborates with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Role Requirement - Who you are & what you must have (Skill Requirement):

Must have in depth experience in designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments.
Expert in Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPI's)
Experience in Optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Sprout Social, Websites Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics etc.).
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
