We are looking for a Butler to act as the main point of contact for our guests at our Villas in Siolim.


The responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, making dining and entertainment arrangements and keeping guest rooms up to the villa and guest standards.

Ultimately, you will help us provide the best possible experience for our guests during their stay.


Responsibilities

  • Meet guests when they arriveand getting them settledin their rooms
  • Anticipate guests' needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
  • Have a thorough understanding of our services and menu
  • Assess and restock inventoryas necessary
  • Serve meals and pour drinksfor guests
  • Communicate with housekeepingto ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guests
  • Ensure guests' rooms are clean and tidy up when necessary
  • Recommend and arrange amenities for guests
  • See guests off when they check out
  • Remain wellgroomed at all times
  • Keep uptodate on all the policies on safety and hygiene
  • Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanour

Requirements and skills

  • English speaking skills are a must
  • Experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fluid environment
  • Commitment to a high level of customer service
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Knowledge of local highend restaurants and other tourist attractions
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in hotel management

Experience:


  • Minimum 2 year's experience at a similar level at a luxury hotel or villas.
  • And 3 to 5 year's experience in F&B Service

Salary:
₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month
