20 to 27years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services.
Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell products to customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Communicate with team members to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and take necessary actions to improve the customer experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
