    Description

    Job Title: Community Social Media Intern

    Location: Preferably from Kolkata

    Experience: 1+ years

    Responsibilities:-

    • Develop valuable and entertaining content tailored for developers.
    • Craft content for reels and YouTube shorts that have the potential to go viral.
    • Conduct public interviews with developers on topics like jobs, salaries, AI, etc which have a high potential for shareability.
    • Repurpose content from Webinars, Panel Discussions, etc for social media
    • Collaborate with mentors to create high-quality content suitable for reels and YouTube shorts.
    • Create testimonial videos featuring Rebase members, highlighting their experience with the community

    Who would be a good fit?

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
    • Familiarity with AI, content creation tools, and platforms.
    • Understanding of social media analytics and trends.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Knowledge of the tech industry and developer community would be a plus.
    • Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools would be a plus. Duration & Compensation:
    • This is a 6-month internship position with the possibility of extension based on
