Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and leads, primarily in the real estate industry.
Engage with potential customers, explain available properties and services, and answer any inquiries they may have.

Provide detailed information on property features, pricing, availability, and any promotions or discounts.

Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, update client information, and schedule follow-up activities.

Perform follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Assist clients in arranging property viewings, coordinating meetings with sales representatives, and providing necessary information.


Collaborate with the sales team & other departments to gather feedback from clients and relay relevant information for improving customer experience.

Meet or exceed individual and team targets for call volumes, lead conversions, and revenue generation.

Assist in closing deals by negotiating terms, coordinating documentation, and facilitating smooth transactions.

Continuously improve personal knowledge and skills through training, workshops, and self-study.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telle callers in the real estate field, with a minimum of 3 years.


Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Proficient in using CRM software to manage client interactions, update records, and track progress.

Ability to handle outbound calls effectively, manage objections, and convert leads into qualified prospects.

Familiarity with real estate terminology, property market dynamics, and legal requirements.

Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, based on business needs.

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
