- Create 2D and 3D models using SolidWorks software.
- Ensure accuracy, feasibility, and adherence to design specifications.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques.
- Understand material properties, thicknesses, and finishes.
- Incorporate design features for ease of manufacturing and assembly.
- Precisely define dimensions, tolerances, and geometric constraints.
- Use industry-standard welding symbols to communicate assembly details.
- Ensure designs are manufacturable within specified tolerances.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Address feedback and modify designs as necessary.
- Collaborate on design optimization and cost-effective solutions.
- Familiarity with electrical cabinet design principles.
- Integrate electrical components into sheet metal structures.
