"MANDATORY SKILLS System Engineering JOB DESCRIPTION TECHNICAL SKILLS Must have:
  • Must have good understanding about basic automotive systems such as Charging units, Electrified power train etc.
  • Must have basic understanding about Hybrid vehicle, Battery Electric vehicles, inverters, DC-DC converter, Thermal management, Charging System & Protocols in ePT.
  • Must have good understanding of automotive electronics (Controllers, Sensors actuators, Communication protocols like CAN, LIN, Flex ray etc).
  • Must be familiar with advance automotive technologies or functionalities such as AUTOSR BSW, Application etc.
  • Understanding of basic sensor and actuator diagnostics.
UDS and OBD Diagnostics
  • Understanding of the Vehicle schematic diagram.
  • Knowledge of Vehicle development LifeCycle, Change Management system, SysML and System Modeling tools knowledge Delivery plans.
  • Must be familiar with ePowertrain control software development/validation/ calibration.

PREFERRED SKILLS Desired:

  • Requirement Development
  • Failure analysis techniques. DFMEA
  • Engine calibration experience.
  • HIL/Vehicle level function validation experience. SOFT SKILLS
  • Good analytical skills
  • Proficient in technical communication both Written and Verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and keep abreast with leading technologies.
  • Good team player.

OPTIONAL SKILLS:

  • Familiarity of functional safety concepts and ISO FTA, HARA"
