Require Talent Acquisition Executive:

  • Graduate female with good communication skills from Chandigarh location

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and inperson interviews
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • The Digital ways to do recruitment
  • Well versed with recruitment via linkedin and other professional and social media sites

Salary:
₹10, ₹35,886.32 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
