IT Recruiter (Contract Hiring)

Pune (Onsite)


Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Source and recruit IT professionals for various contract positions as per client requirements.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in contract hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the latest recruiting tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should be able to work in a day shift with 5 days working.

Salary:


Salary:

Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
