Job Summary:
ME should be the front-liner handling end-to-end data migration for clients from other billing systems.

Solely responsible for the integration of the client's application with Chargebee and make sure the data migration is handled in accordance with their integration requirements.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers for migration related instructions/clarifications, primarily via email and phone Execute data migrationsAnalyze and develop standards and processesWork with Engineering on migration tool requirements/improvementsUnderstand payment gateway and card vault technologiesDo fit gap analysis between the 2 different source systems and come up with field mappingData conversion, transformation and manipulations using excel / Python scripts / Talend ETL knowledgeParticipate in Data Solution for scale and enterprise customerProactively identify scenarios for automation for data migration and automate using data tools and ETLPost migration follow ups and data cleanupsPerform data migration auditsMigration insights and reporting

Must have:

Ability to work independently Excellent written and oral communication skills Exposure to tools like MS Excel / Google Spreadsheets / Talend ETL knowledge is a plus
