JOB PURPOSE

KEY ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIEs

Should be Excellent in:

• Relevant experience to manage credit underwriting for Secured or Unsecured Products
• Good knowledge of credit appraisal & underwriting and CAM preparation
• Good knowledge of credit evaluation methods, tools & techniques
• Enhance the credit lending framework including policies, processes, MIS, controls, etc for the Unsecured Lending business.
• To keep track of delinquency levels and ensure that requisite followup is being done to ensure that overdues are regularized in a timebound manner
• Ensure issues/action plans arising from Risk & Control Self-Assessments, risk events, KRIs, regulatory inspections, or other risk issues are properly followed up
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other information to assess risk and make loan approval decisions
• Conduct personal interviews with borrowers to gather additional information and assess their ability to repay the loan.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA Finance preferred) with at least 24 years of credit and risk management experience in Financial Sector
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Flexibility and ability to cope with stressful situations.
