Job Purpose:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Manager - Sales & Marketing and within the limits of established Corporate / Sales policies and procedures, assists and implements all sales activities
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully selling Products
- Presentable and should be able to impress customer and serve them in a different manner.
- Will Assure Discipline and Decorum of Stores
- Will Drive Sales and Customer Handling.
- Update/Report on Daily Basis for Sales Done
- Ensure to Open and Close Branch on Time.
- Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Pro-Active.
- Update and Report Daily Sales, Operations, Requirement to Store Manager
- Customer Retention.
- Marketing Activities.
Requisite Skills:
- Good Communication
- Relationship management with client,
- Revenue target achievement,
Desired Skills:
- Relevant Experience Preferred.
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Relationship building.
