Role Description

This position is for a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru as a Social Media Executive. The main responsibility of the Social Media Executive will be to develop and execute social media strategies that will boost brand visibility and encourage interaction within our community.

Collaborating closely with the marketing and communication teams, the Social Media Executive will lead and oversee the organization's social media campaigns on various platforms, ensuring a current and engaging online presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
Previous experience in social media marketing, including platform management and campaign creation
Strong creativity and meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in crafting, editing, and curating content for social media
Ability to devise inventive strategies to reach target audiences and foster genuine engagement
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and utilizing data-driven insights to assess performance and ROI
Demonstrated aptitude in problem-solving, handling diverse stakeholder expectations, and meeting deadlines
Eagerness to stay abreast of the latest social media trends and advancements
Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and engage with multifunctional groups
