Summary:
The Administrative Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of administrative tasks within the charity office.
This role requires a strong understanding of compliance regulations, adeptness in fieldwork coordination, and the ability to identify and address the needs of beneficiaries or stakeholders registered with the charity.
Responsibilities:
Compliance Management:
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure the charity office adheres to legal and compliance standards.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Fieldwork Coordination:
- Coordinate and support fieldwork activities, including liaising with volunteers, staff, or external partners engaged in charitable projects.
- Manage logistics for field operations, ensuring smooth execution of activities.
Beneficiary Needs Assessment:
- Conduct assessments to identify the needs and wants of beneficiaries or stakeholders registered with the charity.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to develop strategies for addressing identified needs effectively.
Administrative Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to compliance, fieldwork, and beneficiary information.
- Generate reports or summaries as needed for internal or external stakeholders.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment and effective implementation of initiatives.
Resource Allocation:
- Assist in the allocation and distribution of resources, ensuring optimal utilization in charitable programs.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in administrative operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or related field.
Experience of 5 or more years in administrative roles

Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and procedures for Trust/NGO

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in data management and record keeping.
- Experience in fieldwork coordination or project management is a plus.
Pay:
Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
