    Role: Technical Consultant

    Years of exp: 4-6.5yrs

    Location: Bangalore

    Essential Skill: Information Management Oil & Gas

    Additional Skill: Data and Document Management

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities

    Plan and execute document control and management activities.

    Responsible for delivery of document transmission between client, EPC, and suppliers.

    Collaborates with engineering disciplines, client stakeholders and vendors to optimize workflows.

    Daily connect with project teams to assess the progress and direct them towards document deliverables timeline.

    Involve in customer meetings for document deliverables tasks, progress updates, etc.

    Sound knowledge and experience in Sharecat platform features covering Document Management, Asset data and equipment registers, Equipment/tag and document numbering, class library management.

    Develop and maintain Master Document Register to track all the deliverables.

    Distribute weekly/monthly report about document statuses to client, EPC, and suppliers.

    Identifies and manages resolution of technical issues.

    Experience & Skills:

    5+ years of experience in delivering document management projects.

    Strong experience in document control processes.

    Experience in working on projects in the Oil & Gas industry.

    Good to have experience in Image Processing and OCR technologies.

    Good analytical skills.

    Promotes honest & candidness within the project team.
