    Job Title: BusinessDevelopment/Sales Executive

    RoleDescription

    We are seeking a highly motivated andresultsdriven Business Development/Sales Executive to join ourteam. The profile will play a pivotal role in driving our businesswith eCommerce Sellers. The candidate will be responsible foridentifying new business opportunities cultivating relationshipswith potential clients and driving salesgrowth.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Make outbound calls topotential customers to introduce ourservices.

    Follow up with potential customers toclose sales.

    Maintain a database of customerinformation and update it regularly.

    Handlecustomer inquiries and provide information about ourservices.

    Resolve customer complaints and ensurecustomer satisfaction.

    Achieve daily weekly andmonthly targets set by themanagement.

    Collaborate with the sales team toachieve organizational goals.

    Provide feedback tothe management regarding customer preferences and markettrends

    Qualifications andRequirements:

    Bachelor s Degree in Marketing orsimilar field

    12 years of experience in telesales business development or similarrole

    Excellent communication skills both verbaland written.

    Strong interpersonal skills and theability to build rapport with customers.

    Goodorganizational and time managementskills.

    Ability to work under pressure and meettargets.

    Proficiency in MS Office and CRMsoftware.

    Ability to work independently as wellas part of a team.

    Positive attitude andwillingness to learn.
