What you will be doing:


  • Assist in leading, mentoring and training the laundry operations team
  • Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Liaise with housekeeping and front office desk to ensure the smooth running of laundry operations
  • Keeping and maintaining stocks of cleaning supplies and chemicals stock at PAR
  • Taking care of your team's training and skill upliftment
  • Handling guest complaints/requests related to laundry operations
  • Setting up new machines and keeping a check for the same
  • Maintaining records and making reports as per the requirements

Your experience and skills include:


  • Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything related to housekeeping
  • Previous experience in a laundry is mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities and the ability to lead by example
  • Handling Guests Requests/Complaints and resolve it in the best manner
  • Indepth knowledge of laundry operations
  • Zeal to grow and patience to learn

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
