Personal Assistant Job Title- 1. Booking meetings, seminars, and conferences, and organizing catering for them.
Appointment Correspondence:
Preparing Letters to clients as statutory and tax auditors and filling Resignation form with ROC.
- Taking charge of any tasks given by Partner
- Drafting letters, taking dictations and other documents as advised.
- Answering calls and routing to correct person or taking messages
- Recording/ Handling Bank Reco as advised
- Handling cash vouchers for team
- Handling and Retrieving records/documents from files sent to Godown and preparing keeping records of files sent to Godown
- Making travel arrangements
- Performing office duties, ordering supplies/refreshments
- Keeping record of Laptop machines and allocating as advised
- Perform administrative services like greeting guest/clients
- Organize daily workload by priority
- Coordinating with respective Partner's and team - in photocopy, printouts, scan
- Follow up with outstanding invoices from clients and making calls on behalf of boss as per instructions.
- Working on MS Office -word and excel sheet
- Taking weekly attendance of respective team
- Maintaining and filling appointment related documents in respective files and sending mail to managers for pending letters
- Monthly record sharing for new/lost clients and opportunities
Salary:
₹400, ₹650,000.00 per year
