    Description

    Responsibilities-

    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
    • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment collections.
    • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
    • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance reporting.
    • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
    • Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to accounting processes.
    • Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
    • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 06 months-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-motivation and initiative.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
    • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
