    Description

    Functional Integration Analyst

    Qualifications:

    • Achieved a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise application integrations, focusing on ERP systems like SAP and customer-facing applications such as Business Central, Shopify, Salesforce, Apps.
    • Demonstrated experience as an Integration Analyst, implementing interfaces for large programs within the CPG/Retail sectors.
    • Proficient in Data systems, SaaS applications, and ETL processes, with a track record of integrating diverse enterprise applications including on-premise, Cloud, and third-party services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Fast learner with a resilient and tenacious mindset when faced with challenges.
    • Possesses a strong passion for personal growth and development.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Functional Design of integrations with Backoffice systems for business applications in the consumer value stream (e.g., D2C physical commerce, e-commerce, CDP, and others).
    • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Integration CoE, SAP CoE to ensure successful mapping and management of functional requirements for integrations.
    • Assist BAU teams in impact assessment related to functional integration design topics arising from releases in Consumer business applications or the Back-Office applications landscape.
    • Act as the custodian of all Functional Design documentation for Back-Office integrations and ensure alignment with Technical Design documentation by the respective CoEs.
    • Validate integration designs through detailed product documentations, POC's support at the solution MVP stage.
    • Thorough understanding of technical aspects of solution deliveries involving ERP systems like SAP/Microsoft D365, Middleware systems like Mulesoft/SAP PO, MFT's, SaaS solution API's like Shopify, Coupa, Workday, Open platforms, etc.
    • Responsible for technically transforming E2E processes for product areas, including Process Maps, Data flow diagrams, mapping transformations to integrate with technical platform functionalities.
    • Document and showcase solutions through published documentation, flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams.
    • Collaborate with Solution Owners and CoE team for integration design delivery.
    • Work with Solution Architects to support Application Support team on continuous improvement opportunities for BO Integrations, providing recommendations for enhancing customer satisfaction.
    • Plan and conduct integration tests with relevant peripheral system application teams involved.
    • Stay updated on technology changes and identify opportunities for their implementation in solutions.
    • Ensure all existing interfaces are operating as designed and meeting business requirements.
