    Description

    Role & Responsibilities :

    • Design, Develop, and Implement ETL Processes : Utilize Talend Data Integration to architect, develop, and deploy robust ETL processes.
    • Design these processes to efficiently extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into designated target systems.
    • Data Integration Across Platforms : Harness Rest APIs, SQL, and JSON to seamlessly integrate and transform data from a variety of platforms and formats.
    • Ensure compatibility and coherence of data throughout the integration process.
    • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including Data Analysts and Business Analysts, to understand data requirements.
    • Translate these requirements into actionable ETL solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Optimization of ETL Workflows : Continuously optimize ETL workflows for enhanced performance, reliability, and scalability.
    • Implement strategies to streamline data processing and minimize bottlenecks throughout the pipeline.
    • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Proactively identify and troubleshoot data integration issues and inconsistencies.
    • Develop effective resolutions to maintain data quality and integrity across systems.
    • Data Analysis and Profiling : Conduct thorough data analysis and profiling to identify quality issues and transformation requirements.
    • Utilize insights to refine ETL processes and enhance data accuracy and reliability.
    • Technical Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and transformations.
    • Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
    • Stay Updated on Industry Best Practices : Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data integration and ETL technologies.
    • Incorporate new methodologies and tools as appropriate to drive continuous improvement.

    Ideal Candidate :

    • Experience with Talend Data Integration : Minimum of 2 years of handson experience with Talend Data Integration, demonstrating proficiency in designing and implementing ETL processes.
    • Technical Proficiency : Strong command of Rest API integration, SQL querying, and JSON data manipulation.
    • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices in ETL.
    • Data Transformation Skills : Proficient in data mapping, transformation, and cleansing techniques.
    • Solid understanding of data structures, modeling, and normalization principles.
    • Cloud-Based ETL Solutions : Experience with cloudbased ETL solutions such as AWS Glue or Azure Data Factory is advantageous.
    • Problem-Solving and Attention to Detail : Strong problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to identify and address data quality issues effectively.
    • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

    Education :

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for technical expertise in ETL processes.
