Job Overview

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced HR Assistant Manager to join our team at Basik Innovation LLP. As an HR Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions and initiatives. This is a senior-level position that requires a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in HR management. The job location is Vapi, Gujarat, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Preferred MBA.
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Having experience in all kind of audit certifications.
Experience required in how to handle Govt. bodies.
Rich knowledge in wages payroll.
Experience in payroll software like HRIS, HRM Thread, Workday, Payroll Software.
Good understanding of grievances handling of work level.
Recruitment experience required.
Knowledge about all statutory compliances.
Monthly wages sheet, attendance, leave cards, contractors maintain & update.
