Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and define client requirements for the space.
- Conduct site due diligence and prepare feasibility reports.
- Develop Interior Design concept, analyze space utilization and provide layout options.
- Select materials, furnishings, and décor and obtain client approvals
- Determines timelines and project costs and presents accurate estimates to clients.
- Prepare Tender specifications, drawings, and Tender docket.
- Periodic site visit to oversee the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.
- Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience required.
- Be fully aware of building codes & legislative compliances required by industry.
- Excellent Creative & Communication skills
- Proficient in CAD, ArchiCAD, Microsoft Office, Illustrator, or other design software's.
Salary:
₹300, ₹800,000.00 per year
