Job Description:
We are hiring a
UI/UX Designer to join our team


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams throughout the design process.
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Create responsive web pages to serve the needs of both mobile and desktop users.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images Requirement.
  • Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Stay abreast of UI & UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
  • Communicate with BA to understand the business goals and objectives.

Requirements:


  • 1+ years experience in UI/UX design and HTML conversion.
  • Ability to discuss and explain design options.
  • Good experience with HTML5 & CSS
  • Good understanding of JavaScript, JavaScript libraries and CSS frameworks are preferred.
  • Good understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wireframing tools.
  • Should have good problemsolving skills and creative thinking.
  • Uptodate with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Experience in delivering design assets for development and ability to partner with frontend engineers to ensure design consistency.
