About us
Moonshine Studios and Moonlit Studios are one of the creative studio spaces, located in Four Bungalows of Andheri West, Mumbai.
Our studio spaces are a hub for all kinds of shooting needs and have been host to some of the well known personalities over the years.
Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the studio's values and brand identity.
- Direct clients to the appropriate departments or individuals as needed.
Sales and Client Relations:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our services, and offerings.
- Proactively engage with potential clients, both in person and over the phone, to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Proactively drive the promotion and sales of our Studio and services, Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
Studio Ambassador:
- Embody the studio's values and ethos, presenting a professional and positive image at all times.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the studio's reputation and contributing to its growth and success.
- Participate in networking events and industry functions with seniors when required to expand the studio's client base and build connections.
Requirements:
- Open to learning and exploring opportunities
- Proven experience in a receptionist or sales role, preferably in a creative or artistic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a keen ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Selfmotivated, ambitious, and goaloriented with a passion for CRM and sales
- Organized, detailoriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, as required.
