Description
Monitors and enforces compliance with universitypolicies and by-laws.
- Manages and helps to establish and review office
priorities to meet academic calendar deadlines.
- Is responsible for issuing official University documents
- Responsible for processing and maintaining academic
furnishing reports; establishing work schedules and
work assignments.
- Evaluates effectiveness of existing policies and
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of student records
officials in the offices of Academic Affairs, Admissions,
Examination, and the Schools.
- Serves as the principal source of information about all
the various academic and administrative activities of the
University.
- Document the various programmes/activities leading to quality improvement.
- Act as a nodal agency of the University for Coordinating
dissemination of best practices
- Prepare the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR)
parameters/assessment criteria developed by the
relevant quality assurance body. (Like NAAC, NBA, AB)
in the prescribed format.
- Keeps informed of all changes in policies and bylaws
- Performs related duties as required.
