US Staffing Industry Experience is a MUST


As a US staffing Bench Sales Executive, your job would primarily involve selling the bench resources of a staffing company to potential clients.


Your responsibilities would typically include:
Identifying and contacting potential clients in the IT industry who have a need for staffing services.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that match their requirements.

Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the benefits of working with your company.

Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients, ensuring that all terms are clearly understood and agreed upon.


Staying up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and using this knowledge to position your company as a leader in the staffing industry.


Working closely with the recruiting team to ensure that the company has the appropriate bench resources available to meet client demand.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contracts.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.

Participating in networking events and other industry-related activities to build your personal and company's brand.


To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build relationships easily, have a good understanding of the IT industry and staffing solutions, and be results-driven with a strong sales focus.

₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
