Responsibilities:


Animation Creation:
Develop high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations that align with the project's artistic vision and goals.
Utilize animation principles, such as timing, weight, and anticipation, to create realistic and engaging animations.
Animate characters, creatures, objects, and environments with fluidity and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the art and design teams to ensure animations meet project requirements.


Storyboard Interpretation:
Interpret storyboards, animatics, and design documents to translate concepts into compelling animations.
Transform rough sketches or concepts into polished animations, maintaining consistency with the project's style.


Software Proficiency:
Demonstrate expertise in animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or equivalent tools.
Utilize 3D animation software to create realistic movements and interactions for 3D assets.


Collaboration:
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure animations align with the project's narrative and artistic direction.
Participate in discussions, brainstorming sessions, and critiques to refine animation sequences.


Feedback and Iteration:

Accept feedback from team leads, directors, and peers and iterate on animations to improve quality and convey the desired emotions and actions.

Technical Understanding:

Possess a basic understanding of rigging, character setup, and skinning to ensure animations integrate seamlessly into the game engine or production pipeline.

Time Management:
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and milestones while maintaining a high level of quality.


Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with industry trends, new animation techniques, and emerging technologies to enhance animation quality and efficiency.


Qualifications:

• A portfolio demonstrating proficiency in 2D and/or 3D animation, showcasing a range of styles and techniques.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, squash and stretch, and appeal.
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar tools.
• Excellent artistic skills with an eye for detail and the ability to create expressive and visually appealing animations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to adapt to different art styles and project requirements.
• Prior experience in animation for games, films, or multimedia projects is a plus.

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
