Job Title:
Tele Marketer

Location:
Coimbatore, India

Salary Range:
Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Type:
Full-time, Office-based

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Conduct outbound calls to potential leads.
Utilize scripts to communicate the institute's offerings and benefits to prospective students.
Gather relevant information and maintain a database of potential students.

Conversion:

Engage with leads to understand their requirements and career goals.
Provide detailed information about the Data Science training programs offered by Black Board Learning.
Effectively address queries and concerns to ensure a high conversion rate from leads to enrolled students.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage enrolment.

Performance Measurement:

Meet weekly and monthly enrolment targets.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management team.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with the marketing team to align messaging and promotional activities.
Provide feedback to the management team on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions with leads and students.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience in telecalling or sales roles, especially in the education sector, will be an advantage.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and any additional languages will be a plus.

Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential students.

Target Oriented:
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.

Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing scenarios and handle objections effectively.

Computer Skills:
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
