Job Descriptions:


  • Create and maintain documentation of CNC programs.
  • Should be able to do coding programme for CNC machine.
  • Analize drawings to determine dimensions and to choose cutting tools, machine speeds
and feed rates.


  • Responsible for storage, verification, use and proper maintenance of the jigs and fixtures.
  • Responsible for product quality, rejection control.
  • Responsible to maintain productions logs and backup of CNC programmes.
  • Make manual program adjustments as necessary.
  • Should be able to do correction on the machine to ensure the component is within tolerances.
  • Using knowledge of safety standards to avoid workplace accidents.
  • Responsible for implementation of 6S audit findings and regular practice in work area.
  • Training new hire on machine operation procedures.
  • Responsible for machine maintenance in order to reduce machine down time.
  • Should be able to Plan, Design, manufacture necessary tooling required for production.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • CNC Programmer/Operator: 1 year (preferred)
