Responsibilities

  • Cultivate partnerships with relevant organizations to amplify event visibility.
  • Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost event exposure.
  • Streamline the registration process for a seamless participant experience.
  • Generate compelling content and materials for effective promotional campaigns.
  • Plan and coordinate logístical aspects of the event, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Foster communication and synergy between the event and external partners.
  • Manage onsite logistics during the event
  • Address participant inquiries and facilitate registrations through various channels.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
  • Passionate about leadership development, experiential learning, and community building.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
