Description

• Supervise, manage and control the site right from contract approval to handing over
• Work closely with client to ensure technical and administrative consistency as per project plans
• Act as technical lead for project mobilization
• Work closely with the corporate office to develop the project team
• Train and develop project team members
• Efficiently guide every aspect of the project to ensure timely completion of work
• Oversee administrative and financial aspects to ensure site is cost effective and profitable
• Drive safety practices on site to match organizational and client norms and requirements
• Work closely with contractors and subcontractors for work delivery and progress
• Handle client billing and supervise vendor payments
• Act as guide and mentor to every team member posted at the site
