Description
Receiving customers- Keeping customers engaged as they wait for manager / sales team
- Briefing customers about the project
- Provide accurate and helpful information to clients and guests, assisting with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, to support the office staff.
- Manage and organize conference room bookings and set up for meetings as required
- Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Customer serviceoriented with a positive attitude and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
Salary:
Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
