Account Executive - Hyderabad, India - Aditya Music India Pvt. Ltd. – Hyderabad
Description
Accounts Management:
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Managing financial reports for review by management.
Payment Follow-ups:
Monitor and follow up on payment statuses from clients. Send timely reminders to clients for outstanding payments.
Coordinate with the sales and client relations teams to resolve payment issues.
Petty Cash Handling:
Manage petty cash details for the Managing Director.
Reconcile petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaboration with MD:
Work closely with the Managing Director to address any accounting concerns or requirements.
Provide regular updates on financial matters to the MD.
Credit Cards and Online Billing:
Track and manage credit card transactions.
Monitor and reconcile online billing payments. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records related to credit cards and online payments.
OTT Platforms Account Statements
:
Handle account statements from different OTT platforms. Update and reconcile payments from OTT platforms as per company requirements.
Payment Status Handling
:
Track and manage payment statuses for various accounts. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely payments.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Taxation: 4 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Tally (preferred)
