Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing Sprints and prepare 7 major Metrix Sprint Reports
Clear articulation of project constraints, risks, and plans to all levels of audiences.
To work in the offshore onsite model and be the communication channel for the same.
Coordinate with PMO or Project Managers in executing the plan as drafted.
Highlight the hit & miss of the team.
Identify key challenges and implement the right processes/ methodologies/tools to fix the gap.
Improve team efficiency by cutting down unproductive activities.
Play as key notetaker on all scrum meetings and ensure the outcome of meetings are addressed.
Facilities the team with all requirements in achieving the goal.
Coordinating with PMO/Project Manager on all project management activities.
Review the team goals and achievements periodically.
Implement corrective, preventive actions with help of SCCB/CCB
Identify the improvements/feasible automations and report to PMO/project manager periodically.
Measure the team and project success end of every project.
