About the role:
As a Support Executive Intern, you will manage all support & service related work in the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Help customer to implement the Product as per his requirement.
- Need to do customization related services like Invoice customization, third party integration.
- Help customer to do data import related services like Product master, Party / Vendor master, Transaction master etc.
- Need to provide product training to all register customers.
- Need to perform other customer related work as per company norms.
- Focused Areas: Product implementation, Inventory upload (include data cleaning), Invoice customization, Party Upload, Bank Account Setup, Vendor Upload, Data import training.
Requirement:
- Bachelors in any field
- Minimum 36 months of experience in Support roles
- Open to learn and grow within the team.
- He/she should be a quick learner and data driven.
Job Type:
Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Weekend availability
Shift:
- Day shift
