We KGiS is hiring Associates for Healthcare Voice Process (Inbound)


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Take inbound call for the provider office and handle the calls as per the defined guidelines.
  • Provide customer support and appointment setting activities with high level of customer
care

  • Follow communicated procedures, guidelines, and policies provided by the client
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers utilizing the available
tools

  • Update the guidelines based on the daily feedback from the client as deemed required
  • Excellent Communication skills
